We integrate digital scanning technology, along with an extensive pattern library, to provide customers with the ability to create, reproduce or customize digital patterns to match exact specifications more quickly and cost-efficiently. With 3D optical scanning and computer rendering capabilities, we have the versatility to quickly customize, design and reproduce patterns ranging from fine leather grains to large geometrical patterns. Rapid prototype samples are offered in days as patterns are now easily resized, rotated or simply refined for varying pattern depth and definition.
These digital patterns are shared with our manufacturing centers where state-of-the-art laser technology is used to dramatically reduce production time. Coupled with traditional mill/die and photo engraving processes, we are capable of delivering engraved rolls and plates faster, with extreme precision, at reduced costs. Customers are welcome to visit our design centers to develop a new generation of patterns. These new patterns can also be mastered for mold texturing applications, enhancing the harmony between molded and embossed parts. Rapid prototype parts may be visualized quite accurately using our Model-Tech process.
