We offer premier chrome plating services with considerable tank capacity, 13' in length for rolls and 25' for plates. Our temperature-controlled tanks offer variable finishes from high gloss to dull and the capability for two-sided plate chroming for maximum efficiency.

Our TRIBOCOAT® product is a proven composite electroless coating that has the best combination of dry lubricity and resistance to corrosion, hardness and wear available on the market. All of our coating applications are environmentally safe and are maintained in-house for efficient handling and service.

TRIBCOAT Technical Information:
Type of Coating: Mid-phosphorous electroless nickel with 25% PTFE (Teflon) by volume
Thickness Range: 0.0002 to 0.002 inches +/- 0.0001 inch uniform across all coated surfaces
* Lubricity:
Dry-Dynamic 		Coefficient-of-friction 0.06 to 0.08
* Corrosion Resistance: Over 300 hours of salt spray
*Hardness: 36 Rc as deposited
55 Rc thermal conditioned at 330°C for 90 minutes
50 Rc for optimum sliding wear
* Wear Resistance: 14 mg. taper CS-10 wheel with 1 kg. load
Operating Range: -50°F to 670°F
Strippability: Readily strippable in "environmentally friendly" formulas
